Residential Detoxification Programming
3903 Indianapolis Blvd., East Chicago
Our program assists clients who are physically dependent on drugs and/or alcohol and require detoxification. Detoxification is done on the Stark Residential Unit and lasts one to five days.
Residential Rehabilitation Programming
3903 Indianapolis Blvd., East Chicago or 8555 Taft Street, Merrillville
Clients who have moderate to severe substance addictions stay in a locked, non-medical unit. The drug abuse treatment program is very highly structured and includes group therapy and individual therapy, educational groups, and an introduction to self-help groups such as Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) and Narcotics Anonymous (NA).
Outpatient Substance Abuse Treatment Programming
There are several levels of outpatient substance abuse treatment that serve individuals and families who have problems with alcohol or other drugs. All clients receive a complete assessment so that a plan can be tailored to individual special needs. The program works closely with the twelve-step Anonymous groups (AA and NA). Group, family, couple and individual therapy and Spanish-speaking services are available.
